Project Deployment – LVI’s vast knowledge of the BC region as well experience in large scale deployments allows us to successfully plan and manage large scale deployments in a cost effective manner by minimizing resource duplication and maximizing resource utilization.
Break Fix Onsite Support – LVI currently services and supports over 35,000 pieces of electronic equipment throughout the province of British Columbia. Utilizing distributed service teams, LVI is able to maintain 1.5hr resolution time in all urban areas of British Columbia.
Electrical and Data Installation – LVI provides Data and Electrical Installations throughout the province of British Columbia… always utilizing certified electricians and strictly adheres to BC Electrical Code Standards.
Bench Repair – LVI maintains a 12,000sqft facility to house a team of bench repair technicians as well as a dedicated call center. Bench repair technicians are training in repairing various proprietary gaming products including terminals, printers, display technology, payment solutions as well as repairs of plasma and LCD repair.
Slot Module Repairs – LVI is capable of repairing an extensive line of slot machine products in our repairs facility.

Inventory Control – While LVI enjoys the strength of a full field service solution as well as bench repair facility to support its various departments, nothing is more important that inventory control. All customer consigned Assets are tracked in real time with proven inventory flow guidelines. This process is backed up by a full complement of exception reporting designed to identify process flow errors and corrective actions on a daily basis.
Display Installations – LVI has installed over 3600 Plasma/LCD displays throughout the province of British Columbia in the last 6 years, always following a standards installation guide that ensures a clean professional looking install.
